At HUVY’S Art & Heart Gallery, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of the artworks and items we offer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Original artworks purchased directly at exhibitions or private sales.

Custom or commissioned pieces.

Gift cards and digital products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted (unless the return is due to damage or error on our part).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
